Texas Partners for Community Learning

The Texas Partners for Community Learning was formed in late 2004 to build collaborations for services for community learning and a portal to educational content among public broadcasting, civic organizations, libraries, museums, and educational institutions. Our first cooperative effort is to create programs for community Literacy and Parenting Skills.
