William E. Moen Ph.D.
Director TxCDK and Associate Professor, School of Library and Information Sciences
William E. Moen Ph.D.Dr. Moen's research and projects focus on lowering the barriers to information access in the digital environment. To this end, the challenges of semantic interoperability, technical standards for networked information retrieval, metadata utilization, and information organization are critical. His research includes organization of information and metadata, networked information retrieval, and national information policy.
